Since 1994, we have been planning, building and maintaining medium-sized and large industrial plant components in thermoplastic materials. Main customers of Hackbarth Kunststoffverarbeitung are the chemicals, food and steel industries.

In our assembly building of more than 900 m2, we produce pickling and galvanizing systems, equipment and storage tanks, flue gas washers and complex pipelines for demanding customers across the world.
Worldwide at your service
On request, we ship and assemble the finished components with the core team from Hackbarth Kunststoffverarbeitung and proven logistics and assembly partners. We build systems here according to our own strict standards, monitoring on site is handled by well-versed employees who, if necessary, can communicate with you in fluent business English too.

We operate state-of-the-art machinery with all the machining options of modern plastics technology.
- CNC milling station for workpieces up to max. 3000mm x 2000mm
- CNC lathe for workpieces up to max. 2000 mm length and 60 mm diameter
- Various weld extruders
- Butt welding machine for plate sizes up to 4,000 mm long and 60 mm thick
- Various pipe-butt welding machines for pipes measuring up to 450 mm
- and other tooling, machines and devices for plastics and metals processing
Certifications and quality assurance
We are qualified in accordance with Section 19 of the German Water Resources Act and are subject to constant monitoring by the technical standards experts of TÜV Rheinland. Our qualified personnel hold all required welding certificates in the area of plastics processing. We provide all employees with regular training based on the applicable occupational safety directives.
